How to Add or Invite Guests to a Heybase Room
To invite guests to your sales room, follow these steps:
Open the room in editor mode.
Click on the "Share" icon located in the upper right corner of the editor.
βA pop-up window will appear. Enter the Name and Email of the invitee user in the provided fields.
Click on the "Add" button beside name and email field to add the user to your room.
βThe user will now be added to your room. You can send them an invitation email or copy the shareable link from the pop-up window.
Sending Invitation Emails
If you prefer to share the sales room with your prospect through another communication channel, you can send them an invitation email. Here's how:
In the Guest tab of Share pop-up, you will find a list of all the invited guests.
Next to the added user, click on the Email button.
βA Compose email pop-up window will appear, allowing you to customize the invitation email.
Click on the send email button to send the invitation.
Copying the Magic Link
Alternatively, you can share the sales room with your prospect by copying the shareable link. Here's how:
In the Guest tab of Share pop-up, you will find a list of all the invited guests.
Next to the added user, click on the Copy link button.
βThe link will be copied to your clipboard.
You can now share the sales room with your prospect through your desired medium by pasting the link.
Please note that each invited user will have a different link to track buyer engagement and conversation within the sales room.
