To customize your Heybase account with a custom domain and email domain, follow these steps:
Go to the Settings section in your Heybase account
And click on "Domain" tab.
โIn the Custom Domain Settings, enter your desired domain, such as "subdomain.yourdomain.com" for your rooms. (Top-level domains and domains with www. subdomains are not allowed to be configured)
Once you've added the domain, you will see a table with DNS Records. Take note of these records as you'll need to update them in your DNS Provider's control panel.
After updating the DNS records, click on the "Verify Domain" button in Heybase. It may take 1-2 hours for the changes to propagate.
Once all the records are verified, you'll be able to send emails from your custom email address and magic links will be associated with your custom sub-domain.
Note: Please test your magic links to ensure they work with HTTPS and show as secure. If you encounter any issues, please contact our live chat support and we will manually issue an SSL certificate.
Keep in mind that the root URL (main page) will not be accessible and will be redirected to an invalid links page. Magic links and shared sales rooms will have branded URLs, such as "subdomain.yourdomain.com/******".

Note:
You can only set up custom domains for client-facing pages, magic links, and Emails. The back-end Application will be accessible at app.heybase.io.
You can set up subdomain.yourdomain.com for your magic-links, and the same domain (yourdomain.com) will be configured as your email domain automatically.
