How to Add Team Members to a Heybase Room

If you want to add team members to your Heybase room, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the room in editor mode.

  2. Locate the "Share" icon in the upper right corner of the editor and click on it.

  3. A pop-up window will appear. Switch to the "Team" tab.

  4. In the provided field, enter the name or email of the team member you want to add.
    โ€‹

  5. Click on the "Add" button next to the name and email field to add the user to your room.

  6. The user will now be added to your room as an editor. They will have the ability to edit the room and add guests to it.

By following these steps, you can easily add team members to your Heybase room and collaborate effectively.
