Heybase User Types and Permissions
Heybase offers different user types with varying levels of access and permissions. Understanding these user types can help you effectively manage your workspace. Here are the four types of users in Heybase:
Super Admin: The Super Admin is usually the account creator (default user) and has full access to all features and settings in Heybase. They can invite other users, manage user types, access all rooms and data, disable users, and modify workspace and company settings.
Admins: Admins have similar privileges to Super Admins. They can invite other users, manage user types, access all rooms and data, disable users, and modify workspace and company settings.
Editors: Editors have more limited permissions compared to Super Admins and Admins. They can create new rooms, invite guests, and access the rooms only created by them or assigned to them by other users. Editors do not have access to modify workspace and company settings.
Guests: Guests are external users who have the most restricted access in Heybase. They can only access rooms that have been shared with them.
