Heybase allows you to manage your notification preferences so that you can control when and how you receive notifications. Follow the steps below to customize your notification settings:
Navigate to the Heybase dashboard and click on your user avatar in the left sidebar.
Select the "Settings" option from the dropdown menu.
In the Settings menu, locate and click on the "Notifications" tab.
In Notification Preferences: Choose the occasions on which you want to be notified by selecting the appropriate options.
By default, the "Default Notification Preferences" is set to "Notify for rooms created by me." This means you will only receive notifications for activities in the rooms created by you.
If you want to receive notifications for activities in all rooms assigned to you, select the "Notify for all rooms assigned to me" option.
To disable all notifications, choose the "Do not notify" option.
Selecting Activities to Notify On:
In the "Notify on" section, you can choose specific activities for which you want to receive notifications. By default, all activities are selected for notifications.
