How does the AI Chatbot work?
You can create and share a room with your guests where they can open a conversation and ask question to chatbot. The AI Chatbot will respond to questions based on the training data you provide, you can provide separate training data for each room.
How to provide training data to the AI Chatbot:
Navigate to the room editor.
Open the room settings.
Click on the chatbot tab in the room settings pop-up.
Click on the "Add File" button.
Upload your training data file. This must be in PDF or txt format and must not exceed 15mb.
Now, wait for Training (You can refresh the room and check this status in sometime usually it takes 2-5mins to complete the training depending on the data size)
After you've completed these steps, you can test the chatbot in preview mode. Click on the conversation icon in the room preview, and you can start asking questions. The chatbot should be able to provide answers based on the context data you've provided.
