Remote sale is the new normal and there is a demand for asynchronous and rep less buying experience. Old ways of selling are not fit anymore, Digital sales-room is supposed to make the entire buying process asynchronous yet personalized so that buyers will have an easier time finding important information and asking questions.

The old way of selling involved going back and forth over 10+ emails sharing sales collateral with the potential buyer. It's a messy process and provides a sub-par buying experience. It also created an engagement gap between reps and buyers, making it harder and longer to close deals.
